Terms of Use and Purchase
These Special Conditions of the Sales Agreement apply to online sales made through the website www.aciumoffical.com owned by ACIUM US at 6280 S. Valley View Blvd. Building F Suite 624. Las Vegas, NV 89118.
The use of the services proposed on the website by the Customer presupposes the acceptance of these Particular Conditions of the Online Purchase Agreement. Please read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy before placing an order.
Object of the Contract
The prices of each jewelry item are indicated on the website at the time of ordering and include taxes and fees. ACIUM reserves the right to cancel a Customer's access account if fraudulent acts are detected. Product orders are subject to product availability.
Availability of Services
Products are available in the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Portugal, and much of Europe. ACIUM may refuse orders outside this territory.
Customer Registration
Users must register to purchase products on the website. Registration is free and available to users over eighteen (18) years of age. The provided Username and Password are personal and non-transferable.
Online Purchase Process
To place an order, follow the online purchase procedure, select the product, fill in personal data, choose a payment method, and confirm the order. ACIUM will confirm acceptance by sending a Shipping Confirmation email.
Shipping
Shipping is handled by an external company designated by ACIUM. Delivery times may vary, and the customer will be notified via email. Delivery risks transfer to the customer upon delivery. Ownership is transferred upon full payment.
Changes and Returns
Customers have 14 days to change a product. ACIUM may change the product if it's in original condition. Defective products can be exchanged, repaired, or credited. The only exception to this is engraved products, all engraved products are final sales and no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
Engravings
On some products customers have the option of engraving both sides. A second engraving will cost $5 more for any secondary text engraving, and $15 more for a secondary engraving of an image. Images will have background removed. The engravings are done using Diamond point.
Right of Withdrawal
Customers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, except for personalized products.
Guarantee
Jewelry has a 2-year warranty for factory defects. The warranty does not cover wear, damage, or misuse.
Intellectual Property
All website content belongs to ACIUM. Customers may not claim products as intellectual property.
Prevention of Money Laundering
ACIUM complies with anti-money laundering laws, requiring identification for purchases over 1,000 euros.
Modification of Terms
ACIUM can revise these terms at any time. Customers are bound by the terms in force when using the website or placing an order.
